1.Founded in 2013, Dongguan United and Thriving Co., Ltd. is a professional designer and manufacturer of telescopic handle,trolley and wheel system with high quality and strong load capacity.2.0ur factory covers an area of 10,000 square meters, has morethan 200 workers and has 4 production lines.one day can produce more than 10000 pcs luggage telescopic handle.
3.3D drawings can finish within 3 days after receive your design picture or sample.
4.Our sales team has 10 people. Everyone is enthusiastic about their work and very familiar with the product. If you have questions in the design or product function, welcome to consult with us.

1.Is your company a trading one or a factory? How long has your company run on luggage accessories?
Factory (We produce, we sell, any factory visit is welcome).
Since 1998, we have 26 years experience in luggage accessories and focus on producing trolley, luggage trolley and wheel.
2.Does your company accept customization?
We accept OEM/ODM. We have our own factory and excellent design team. Any specification, material and color is welcome.
3.What is your MOQ?
OEM & ODM: Our MOQ is 500 sets per color, but we can accept less quantity. It depends on different styles.
Wholesales Order depend on our quantity at Stock.
4.I want to buy a lot of products, can you give me free samples?
Very sorry! We treat all customers equally whether they are small orders or large orders. We will not provide samples free of charge (sample price is $13). Postage is self-care. But if you give us a bulk order, we will pay back the sample expense.
5.After an order is placed, when to deliver?
Our product is custom and almost has not inventory. Generally we can arrange shipment after 5 to 7 days for sample and after 30 to 45 days for bulk order.
6.What shipping ways you can offer?What are your payment terms?
By Express/Airline/Sea vessel. According to your request. We accept Paypal, T/T, L/C and so on.
